BACK END DEVELOPER

Location: Uruguay

Role objectives:

Responsible for systems without direct interaction with the user. The role consists of integrating the application with all required systems and services and providing clean and easy-to-use APIs for the front end of the system. Although this job is usually invisible to the user, the role bears full responsibility for the functionality, performance, and scalability of the application. You must know how to write modern and clean APIs, integrate with legacy systems and work with databases.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Design and develop the business logic and back-end systems of the product.
  • Decipher current company software systems and connect to applicable data sources.
  • Write both unit and integration tests, developing automation tools for daily tasks.
  • Carry out PoC (Proofs of Concept) on tools, frameworks, libraries, or components related to the platform in order to improve operation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in fintech, banking, or financial industries.

FRONTEND DEVELOPER

Role objectives:

Responsible for transforming the product design and vision into a work product. Your job directly influences how users interact with the system. You should be familiar with industry trends in development frameworks. You also have a basic understanding of backend programming and are willing to learn more in order to help backend developers write APIs that help you deliver a great product.

JR. FINANCIAL ANALYST

Location: Uruguay

Role objectives:

Responsible for carrying out accounting and financial activities of the Company (in its different subsidiaries) together with the rest of the Finance team. You will also be responsible for monitoring and controlling the AR and AP in communication with customers and suppliers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Keep a record of the accounting activities of all group entities.
  • Prepare reconciliations of account compositions.
  • Prepare reports: Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Manage ERP Netsuite. (Software)
  • Develop and implement working papers.
  • Billing planning and monitoring.
  • Collection monitoring.
  • Provide support in preparing the budget and other reports – ad-hoc analysis.

QA AUTOMATION LEAD

Location: Uruguay – Argentina

Role objectives:

The role’s main function is to plan and coordinate all the testing processes and launch of new products in collaboration with the platform, product, and/or other areas as appropriate. You will also lead the QA department by planning the work of the testers and defining the methodologies and testing tools, ensuring compliance with guidelines, test management, supervision and distribution of work among team members, and recruitment and training of new members.

Main responsibilities:

  • Design and execute the test process, considering factors like the gathering of requirements, test planning and control, case design, test implementation and execution, evaluation of exit criteria and reporting, test closure, and others.
  • Create and implement test development methodologies and processes, such as test automation, performance tests, acceptance, usability and installation, test cases, and more.
  • Generate relevant documentation for the area (user manuals, procedures, etc.)
  • Feed the team with detailed information on all types of defects found and help the Scrum Master and Product Owner to prioritize defects.
  • Fulfill the role of gatekeeper and have the final decision if an attribute is completed.
  • Find, automate, and maintain tests.
  • Work with Engineering and Operations to conduct tests in production environments post-deployment to ensure quality.
  • Know the product vision and work closely with the designers and the Product Manager to translate their vision into tests.
  • Identify and resolve workflow and production issues.
  • Train other quality assurance members in all inspection processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading QA teams, designing and structuring processes.

Knowledge and skills:

  • Knowledge of manual acceptance testing at the history level, exploratory, creative testing, and within sprint cycles at a fast pace, finding hidden requirements and edge cases.

Responsible for the implementation of solutions using our transactional platform, ensuring that they are robust and scalable.

  • Perform technical configuration of the Console of our product.

SCRUM MASTER/PM

Location: Uruguay

Role objectives:

Responsible for managing the cell tasks. You will be in direct communication with the Head of Governance. The Scrum Master functions as a Coach to the team members and supports the PO, helping them communicate, solve problems, and deliver a product that meets customer needs. It is your responsibility to teach the team everything to do with agile practices and to lead all Scrum ceremonies, eliminate obstacles, and protect the team against external distractions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Teach the team and the organization to use agile and Scrum practices and their methodologies.
  • Supervise the Scrum process and coach the team; facilitate transparency, inspection, and adaptation.
  • Lead the daily Scrum, sprint review, and planning meetings in a way that ensures full commitment from the team.
  • Solve obstacles (eg. cultural barriers, logistical challenges).
  • Promote close cooperation with all team members, championing cross-training and supporting each other.
  • Protect the team against outside interference and ensure that the team is fully functional and productive.
  • Foster a trustworthy and safe environment.
  • Ensure the internal management of the scope, times, and effort defined in the corresponding Statement of Work.

SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT

Location: Remote

Role objectives:

Build the application solution design for the client, gathering the support of specialists together with architectural knowledge, where a first solution model can be made and serve as a basis for validating the solution with the client and estimating efforts in the consulting area.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the planning and monitoring activities of the commercial area.
  • Identify the business and functional needs of the client, as well as the level of structure and formalization they require.
  • Understand the AsIs situation of its application and technological architecture of the client’s starting point, the reference architecture preferences (application and technique) of the client, and the levels of integration with internal Modules/Components of its architecture.
  • Help define and understand the financial ecosystem that the client wishes to integrate and its purpose.
  • Present the role and space of Frame Banking™ in a Digital Banking architecture according to the segment and type of client.
