Main responsibilities:

  • Manage complete and complex sales cycles, taking a consultative and detailed approach to introducing the full functions of the platform to C-Suite level, decision-making executives.
  • Create proposals and assist with RFP responses, negotiate agreements, arrange on-site visits to close deals, and transfer projects to the delivery team.
  • Take a consultative approach to understanding customer needs and challenging them with solutions, while always working towards
  • closing sales.
  • Build connections competently in English and Spanish with other stakeholders and internal and external customers.
  • Support and advise customers, understanding their needs and providing alternatives solutions through our products and services.
  • Develop good relationships with important customers to maintain the high level of service and retain their loyalty.

Must-have requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience in sales or account executive positions within the FinTech industry with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a smooth and streamlined sales process.
  • Experience selling in FinTech, Banking or Financial Services in the LATAM market.
  • Strong technical knowledge of SaaS solutions (preferably cloud technology and delivery models) and how they apply to the financial services industry.

Desirable requirements:

  • Languages: English and Portuguese.
